Pre-Show Opportunities
Marketplace NEW! - Exhibitors are encouraged to submit images to be featured on our website for FREE. Email us a horizontal image of at least 500 pixels wide. No logos or messages and only one photo per company. In addition to the photo, we also need the name of the image in 30 characters or less and the URL of your website where more information on that particular image can be found, ex: http://www.surtex.com/. On the Surface Newsletter Submissions - We invite all SURTEX exhibitors to share company news with the SURTEX team for an opportunity to be included in the next issue of the e-newsletter reaching the customers important to you. Send press releases, testimonials, announcements of new collections, deals, and any news that you want your audience to hear about. And don’t forget to send an image, too! This opportunity is FREE for SURTEX exhibitors.
All submissions will be considered for use in the newsletter and may be edited to fit. We cannot guarantee that all will be used. Submission criteria:
- Copy should be provided in Word only without any formatting (no tables, etc.)
- Up to 2 photos only per exhibitor. JPEG files only, 700 pixels wide.
- Press releases must live on the exhibitor’s web site and a working link to it must be
- provided. On the Surface will link to the release, it will not be published on its site.
- On the Surface will only accept and publish news from confirmed SURTEX exhibitors.
- If you want us to link to your web site, please provide working link.
- Submissions must be received by the first week of every month.

Enhanced Online Directory Listing - The SURTEX web site is visited by thousands of industry professionals each month, many searching the exhibitor list and event schedule to plan their visit to the Show. Enhanced listing upgrade your standard on-line directory listing with your company logo, active links to your website and e-mail.
Cost: FREE! Limited Time offer ($125 value) Artwork Specifications: All logos must be in GIF or JPG format. Animated GIF is acceptable. Size is no larger than 150x150 pixels. File size must be no larger than 25k. Click here to order your enhanced online directory listing.

Events & Activities: Artists Signings/Events - Are you planning a special promotion/event during SURTEX? Working with a new artist? Signed on with a new licensee? Get the word out! Please let us know the name of the artist, event or other promotion. Information provided may be used in a press release issued about the Show, and GLM may share the information with trade magazine editors requesting new properties, and new license updates.

Directory Advertising Opportunities - Place an ad in the official SURTEX® Show Directory! SURTEX 2010 will welcome over 6,000 attendees from around the globe, representing manufacturers of a broad range of product categories, from gift, home furnishings and juvenile merchandise, to paper products and wallpaper, as well as ad agencies, licensing executives and publishers. Help draw them to your booth by placing an ad in the directory.
The official 2010 SURTEX Directory is available to every attendee of SURTEX, as well as the National Stationery Show® and International Contemporary Furniture Fair®. Advertising in the Directory will increase your company's visibility and presence.
