Say Goodbye, Dolly! instead. SURTEX® has taken over her role as the mega-matchmaker, at least, when it comes to creating successful relationships in the B2B world of surface art and design.
The 31st show drew “quality attendees and a diversity of exhibitors” to New York’s Javits Center from all over the globe, reports Jill Campbell, Emerald Expositions vice president of marketing. “Even after the show, exhibitors continue to report that valuable connections made during the on-site have resulted in ongoing licensing deals for, and sales of, their work,” Jill said.
Prominent buyers and manufacturers marveled at the creativity in the SURTEX aisles May 21-23, including the likes of American Greetings, Barnes & Noble, and Big Lots!, Condé Nast, Fisher-Price, and Hallmark Cards, Toys R Us, Walmart, and Williams Sonoma. And other events, both educational and just plain fun, filled the three days of the show. SURTEX photographer, Scott Tsai, caught them all.
